Help! My subjects disappeared from Client Manager - are they lost?

Probably not!  

If only one or a few individuals seem to be missing, follow the steps below to locate the missing records.

  • Please have your Product Key ready - you can find it on the Client Manager screen under Help/About.

Check your screen to see if you are accidentally filtering by a certain Group.  If you see the Unselect button in the Group area, click it to return to the full view.

Does your participant appear in the list now?

If so, check his or her Group assignment to make sure it is correct.

If the Group assignment is incorrect, click Edit.

Then use the ellipses button to pull up your Groups list, and unassign from the Group or reassign to a different Group.

If unselecting a Group did not help, or no Group was selected, check for common data entry errors.

Mistakes happen!  

A few common data entry errors result in misplaced participants:

  • Reversal of first and last names
  • Misspellings
  • Accidental use of a space, number, or special character before the first letter of the last name
