Help! I corrected a child's birthdate, but LENA says now my data could be wrong.
Each recording is processed according to the child's date of birth as it appears in the system when processing begins.
LENA's advanced algorithms are specific to the child's age in months, so an error of even a month or two may alter the output data.
Correcting the birth date during or after processing does not update any data that have already been processed.
All files processed with the incorrect birth date will need to be reprocessed by the LENA Support Team.

Please have the following information available:
- Your Product Key (found on the Client Manager screen under Help/About)
- Your LENA System type (Pro, Grad, Pilot)
- The child's name and ID
- The correct date of birth
- The file names and recording dates for any files that were processed with the wrong birth date
