"Warning - unable to verify DLP clock time." Older software versions also prompt the user "Unplug the DLP, then click OK and reconnect DLP to try again."
The software is unable to read the recorder's clock.

The software MUST be able to read the clock in order to sync the recorder with your LENA computer's clock
Regularly syncing with your computer corrects recorder clock time drift.
1. Always be sure the recorder is powered on fully before connecting to the software.
This message typically appears if you connect a recorder to the software before turning it on, causing the software to request the clock time before the recorder is ready.
