Recommended setting - Time Zone prompt
If you are working with files collected in multiple time zones, please follow these instructions to ensure you receive the time zone selection prompt at each DLP upload.
1. Launch LENA Data Collector Tool.
2. Click the Settings icon at the upper right hand corner to navigate to the Settings screen.
3. Uncheck and recheck the box labeled Prompt to select the recording Time Zone before DLP data transfers.
Note: In the current version, the box is checked by default; however, you must manually select the option in order for it to take effect.
