Install LENA Collector
You will need:
- Your LENA product key and feature key, provided at the time of purchase
You will most likely also need system administrator rights on this computer.
1. Download and run the Pro installer.
After download, you may be able to run the installer directly from the download status bar in your browser, or you may need to go to your Downloads folder and right click on the .exe to Run as Administrator.
1.1. Click Yes to allow LENA setup to begin the installation.
1.2. The InstallShield Wizard appears.
2. Install.
2.1. Click Next to begin.
2.2. Enter your product key when prompted.
Click Next.
2.3. Enter your feature key.
Enter by hand, or use delimited paste as shortcut:
- Copy your Feature Key to your clipboard.
- Right click anywhere on the gray part of the Enter Feature Key window to see the option for a "Delimited Paste."
- Click that option, and your key is automatically pasted in segment by segment.
Click OK.
2.4. Accept the terms in the license agreement.
Click Next.
2.5. Click Next to install the LENA software in the default location.
LENA should be installed only on an internally mounted fixed hard drive.
2.6. Click Next to save your LENA data to the default location.
We recommend using the default location.
If you would like to store your LENA data in a different location, read warnings, requirements, and instructions here.
Note: Once the application is installed, the data storage location is set. It can be changed only by uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
2.7. Click Install.

2.8. Receive completion message.
To launch LENA right away, leave the Launch LENA box checked, and click Finish.
3. See your product information.
You will first see your Product Key and Feature Key, and your 30-day activation grace period end date.
- This window will appear at each launch until you have activated. You can also pull it up any time from the Client Manager screen through Help/About.
- Use this window to activate your software immediately, or any time within the grace period.
Click Continue to begin using your new LENA software.
4. Begin using LENA.
