View and print Developmental Snapshot results
LENA Developmental Snapshot results can be viewed from:
- the Developmental Snapshot screen
- the Report List view
1. Developmental Snapshot screen
Click Developmental Snapshot on the top navigation bar. This icon is available:
- in Client Manager when a child is highlighted
- in any LENA Report view
1.1. View Developmental Age results.
- The radio button for DA at the lower right selects this display.
- Roll over any data point to see chronological age, developmental age, and standard score for that Snapshot.
- The resolution bar at the lower left allows you to zoom in on data from a particular age range.
1.2. View Standard Score results.
- The radio button for SS at the lower right selects this display.
- Roll over any data point to see chronological age, developmental age, and standard score for that Snapshot.
- The resolution bar at the lower left allows you to zoom in on data from a particular age range.
1.3. Print the on-screen chart using the print icon.
- Consider hiding the instructional sidebar panel for a cleaner look. Click the arrow button in the lower left to hide or show the panel.
- The printed version will display exactly what you show on screen at the time of printing. Rollover data do not print.
- Send to a printer, or create a PDF file to store and print later.
1.4. Navigate among children using the drop-down child menu.
2. Report List view.
Navigate to Report List as usual.
- Developmental Snapshot rows are designated by pink text and a chart icon. (Text turns black when highlighted.)
- The upper table displays all available Snapshot scores in rows corresponding to the administration dates.
- Use the # or % button just below the child's name to toggle between Standard Score (SS) and Percentile (PCT) information in the table.
- Highlight a Developmental Snapshot row to see charted data for that questionnaire as described below.
2.1. View charted Developmental Age results.
- The DA radio button at the lower right of the chart area selects this display.
- Roll over any data point to see chronological age, developmental age, and standard score for that Snapshot (including Snapshots from rows not highlighted).
- Double-click any data point to highlight the corresponding row in the table.
- The resolution bar at the lower left of the chart allows you to zoom in on data from a particular age range.
- View answers to individual questions from the highlighted Snapshot row in the Questions tab.
- Annotate the Snapshot using the Notes tab.
2.2. View Standard Score results.
- The SS radio button at the lower right of the chart area selects this display.
- Roll over any data point to see chronological age, developmental age, and standard score for that Snapshot (including Snapshots from rows not highlighted).
- Double-click any data point to highlight the corresponding row in the table.
- The resolution bar at the lower left of the chart area allows you to zoom in on data from a particular age range.
- View answers to individual questions from the highlighted Snapshot row in the Questions tab.
- Annotate the Snapshot using the Notes tab.
2.3. Print the on-screen chart using the print icon.
- Use the grabber/resizer to alter the layout of the Snapshot area as desired.
- The printed version will display exactly what you see on screen at the time of printing. Rollover data do not print.
- Send to a printer, or create a PDF file to store and print later.
2.4. Navigate among children using the drop-down child menu.
