What is Client Manager?

The Client Manager screen is used for managing and organizing Child records and participant Groups.

Child records:  Use Client Manager to add, edit, activate, inactivate, and delete* individual Child records, to assign and unassign DLPs, and to categorize individual Child records using Group affiliation.  

Groups:  Groups allow easy filtering of your participant list by the characteristic of your choice, such as caseload, intervention/control, project name, or diagnosis.  Use Client Manager to add, edit, and delete Groups, and to manage each child's Group assignment.  

Each Group may contain many Child records; each Child can belong to one group.  Each Child record contains all associated recordings and Core Report data collected over time for that individual.    

*Note: Child records cannot be deleted in LENA Pro - Graduate Student Version.
