Help! Something went wrong during import and my Collector files are gone!

If LENA Pro shuts down unexpectedly during the assignment phase of a Collector file import, the following will occur:

  • Files that had already been assigned will begin processing automatically at the next launch.
  • Files that had not yet been assigned will seem to be lost.

Don't panic!  Your files are most likely not lost...just misplaced.

We will create a remote support session.

We will retrieve the files and trigger the assignment dialog.  

Your files can then be assigned and processed as usual.
