Help! Something went wrong during import and my Collector files are gone!
If LENA Pro shuts down unexpectedly during the assignment phase of a Collector file import, the following will occur:
- Files that had already been assigned will begin processing automatically at the next launch.
- Files that had not yet been assigned will seem to be lost.
Don't panic! Your files are most likely not lost...just misplaced.

We will retrieve the files and trigger the assignment dialog.
Your files can then be assigned and processed as usual.
