Inactivate a Child

Inactivating a Child removes the child from the default Child list displayed, but preserves all data associated with the child.  This feature can be helpful in temporarily filtering out irrelevant records in situations where a participant is not currently involved in data collection but will be at a later time - for example, transient participants, or cohorts that move in and out of the data collection phase in waves, or intervention clients temporarily on hold due to billing issues, family factors, or a cyclical approach to therapy.

Inactivating a Child record is temporary and reversible.

Inactive Child records still count against the 25 participant maximum in the LENA Pro - Graduate Student Version.
