Connect a DLP to LENA software
Follow this simple sequence to connect your DLP to any LENA software package, including LENA Pro, Grad, Pilot, Home, Collector, or Hub.
Remember:
- Connect only one DLP at a time.
- When connecting a series of DLPs, please use the "Safely Eject Hardware" option in your system tray, if available, before physically disconnecting each DLP.
1. Launch LENA.
2. Power on the DLP.
3. Connect the DLP to the computer using the USB cable.
4. Wait a moment for a prompt.
If this is the first DLP you've ever connected...
If this is the first DLP you've connected, wait for the DLP driver to install.
If this DLP is being connected for the first time...
If this particular DLP hasn't previously been connected to this LENA license, LENA will add the DLP to your database.
If the DLP contains data...
If the DLP contains data, you can now assign and transfer the recording for processing.
