This error may appear on attempts to export the ITS, TRS+WAV, or CHA+WAV.

If you've chosen the intended date range, then most likely there are multiple recording dates on the file, and you have selected something other than the first date. There is just one ITS file per recorder upload, even if the recorder contained data from multiple dates. The same is true for the TRS+WAV and CHA+WAV. Further, the export feature looks only for the starting datetime stamp from the very beginning of the file.

How can you export the data from this file? Find the date of the first recording on this file.

Often the easiest way to find this is on Report List View. Find the row for the date you are interested in, and look at the Filename in the far right column. Find the first instance in the list of that same filename, and note the Date of the recording (far left column). That's the date you'll need to specify to export the ITS, TRS, or CHA export. You'll still get the data for the portions of the file that were recorded on later dates.
