Change the time zone for a processed recording file

1. From Client Manager, highlight child row and click View Reports to select child of interest.

2. In Report List right-click on recording of interest to bring up menu and select Change Time Zone for This Recording.

3. The message box shows current time zone, here, Mountain Time.

4. Use the pull-down arrow to select new time zone, then click OK.

5. The message box will show you that the time zone has successfully been updated. Click OK.

6. Click on one of the reports to verify new start time.
