Error on launch: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error
Newer computers lacking Visual C++ 2008 may be unable to run LENA Pro, or may fail to process LENA files. This error message often occurs after a processing failure. LENA Pro will not run properly once the problem has been identified.
To correct the problem:
- Install the vcredist_x86.exe from here Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.
- Restart the computer.
LENA Pro should now be able to run, and any file that previously failed to process should process. If processing continues to fail, contact LENA Support.
