Pre-Assign a DLP
Pre-assigning a DLP to a participant prior to taking a recording can help with DLP management.
When a pre-assigned DLP is returned full of data and connected to the LENA computer, the file assignment window will automatically highlight the correct child.
Before following these steps, be sure you have added the DLP to your database, and that the DLP is not currently assigned to another child.
1. From Client Manager, select the child to whom you'll assign a DLP.
2. Click Assign DLP.
3. Select the unassigned DLP of your choice.
If you have a large DLP fleet, use the Unassigned radio button to filter your list.
4. Click Assign.
Now the DLP, clothing, and any other recording day materials can be prepped and packaged for the child.
